Terms.Pay once, use it on your Macs, be fair.

These terms are between you and Rahul Bhadauriya, trading as Dacoit Design Co. (“we”). By buying or using Moneta you agree to them. Questions go to hello@monetamac.com.

Your licence

One purchase gives you a personal, perpetual licence to use Moneta on up to three Macs that you own or control. It isn't a subscription. To move it to another Mac, deactivate one in Moneta first. Please don't share or resell your key, or try to get around licensing.

Your content

Everything Moneta captures is yours and stays on your Mac. You're responsible for it, and for what you or your agent do with it.

Use it fairly

Moneta is for recording your own work on your own screen. Only capture what you're allowed to record, follow the laws where you are and any rules from your employer or clients, and never use Moneta to monitor other people without their knowledge and consent.

Other services

Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, and your agent and its provider have their own terms. Those terms apply to those services.

Updates and support

We'll do our best to fix problems and keep Moneta working on current versions of macOS, but we can't promise any particular update or feature.

Refunds

See the refund policy. A refunded or charged-back purchase ends the licence.

No warranty

Moneta is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for Moneta.

Ending

We may end a licence that's used against these terms. You can stop using Moneta at any time.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If we change them, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
